About the Project

Redlee was the General Contractor for the construction of this brand new 80,000 square foot school. It features

    26 elementary and preschool classrooms
    A media center
    A computer hub
    Music, Art and Nature Studies
    Gymnasium
    Cafeteria
    Full Service Kitchen
    Administration Offices.

Interior finishes include

    Painted cmu and gypsum board
    Resilient floor tile
    Terrazzo and acoustical ceiling tiles.

Energy efficient design includes

    Spray-foam insulation with masonry back-up and veneer
    LED lighting,
    Sensored plumbing fixtures
    Geothermal HVAC system with energy recovery units.

Exterior work includes new sidewalks and canopies, staff and event parking, exterior LED lighting and Verti-blok retaining wall systems.
